Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
1. Perishable Food Items (Sweets, Namkeen, etc.)
Since we sell perishable food items:
Returns are NOT accepted once the product is delivered.
Refunds/replacements are provided only if:
You received a wrong item
The product was damaged during transit
The packaging was tampered with upon delivery
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or video.
2. Non-Perishable Items (If Applicable)
Non-perishable items may be eligible for return if they are damaged or incorrect.
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Order Cancellation
By Customer
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once the order is prepared or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
By Us
We may cancel an order due to unavailability, pricing error, or any unforeseen issue.
In this case, a full refund will be issued.
